Our Principals

ALAN ORRELLE

Alan Orrelle is a Lawyer and Notary, qualified in Israel and England. He practiced Law in London, for several years as a Senior Partner in Property, Banking, Commercial and Probate areas, before immigrating to Israel with his then young family

After requalifying and gaining experience as Israel Attorney, he completed a prolonged period of Military Service. He then established his own Law Office in Tel Aviv in the Commercial and Private Client Practice areas.

Alan looks after Clients in Israel and overseas with personal and ongoing care. He also provides guidance and legal services to offshore Professional Advisers and to Banking and Multi-National Entities, on Israel and Cross-Border subjects.

SHARON GRINFELD

Sharon Grinfeld is an Attorney with several years of Private Practice experience in various areas of Civil Law; in particular, Real - Estate, Private and Corporate Law, and as a Legal Consultant to Charitable and Family Foundations.

She is a graduate of the Tel Aviv University Law School, and also holds a degree in Life Sciences with Master studies of Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine in the Tel Aviv University’s Faculty of Medicine.

She is a qualified Mediator with extensive experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution, using her sharp profound and analytical approach to problem-solving.

She is also qualified for establishing Enduring Power of Attorney reflecting her principle of making Client - Care the first priority.

SHARON SINGER

Sharon Singer is an Attorney who specialized in handling Real Estate and other Israel investments and assets for our local and overseas Clients.

Sharon works closely with Banks, Accountants and other Professionals, maintaining a trusted and ongoing relationships with Clients. Her emphasis is on practical and realistic solutions.

In addition to her Law Practice work, she has acted as Senior Compliance Advisor to Investment Managers and Family Offices, designing and implementing Compliance and Risk Management procedures.

She has also worked as Consultant and Project Manager for substantial NPO’s with broad experience and understanding of coordination with Government Ministries and Statutory Authorities.
